Take Back Your Time Day (www.timeday.org) is on Friday 24th October. It is an initiative of Cornell University which aims to challenge the epidemic of overwork, over-scheduling and time famine that now threatens our health, our families and relationships, our communities and our environment. Take Back Your Time Day calls attention to the problem and inspires us all to begin the public conversation about what to do about it. The Delta Centre is hosting a Conversation Café event at Table & Larder. Conversation Café creates an opportunity for locals in the community to gather together informally to begin conversations about shared issues of concern in a spirit of respect, curiosity and warm welcome. In this case we invite you to join us over a cup of coffee and talk about ways we can all take time back for our lives. This free event will be held on Friday 24th October at 9.45 - 11am at Table & Larder - 436 Glenhuntly Rd, Elsternwick (opp Coles). For further information or to register for these events please contact The Delta Centre on 9530 0295 or mail@thedeltacentre.com.au . The Delta Centre is an established therapy centre, located in Caulfield, and committed to achieving personal and community well-being through therapeutic excellence. Practitioners at the centre include a speech therapist, counsellors, family therapists and psychologists. Caulfield Moves
