Campus Fitness Events - Caulfield Information Session
Staff,
students and members of the Caulfield campus community are invited to
attend the launch of the Community Fitness Events Program. The
Melbourne Marathon Festival, Around the Bay in a Day, Singapore Marathon
and the Portsea Swim Classic, are all part of the Events Program and will
take place between October 2005 and January 2006. Participate in one
or all of these events or volunteer to support the Monash teams at these
events. Come along to the launch on Thursday 4 August at 3.00 p.m.
in the Clayfield Room to hear more.
Lunchtime Art Forums
Join the FREE lunchtime Art Forums for a taste of what Monash's
vibrant intellectual community has to offer. As a central part of
the research program at the Faculty of Art & Design, Forum speakers range
from mid-career to emerging artists and reflect the breadth of
contemporary art practice. The Forums are held each Wednesday
between 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. in the Lecture Theatre (G1.04) in the
Building G.

Challenge
Sixty
Five days into the Global Challenge and the Monash University Caulfield
campus team are neck and neck with Australia Post 636. From the
start of this Challenge, Australia Post 636 have been nipping at the heels
of the Monash team, but each time, Australia Post 636 thinks it has the
upper-hand the Monash team lift and surge ahead.

Summer Vacation Employment Fair
Monash
University Careers and Employment will shortly host its annual Summer
Vacation Employment Fair and students from all Monash campuses are invited
to attend, free of charge.

Representatives from over 30 organisations will promote course-related
summer
employment opportunities for penultimate year undergraduates
across a range
of disciplines, as well as

travel programs for students from any faculty or year level.

students seeking vacation employment or overseas work to compliment their
studies and enhance graduate employment potential, this is a great chance to
"get a foot in the door" by meeting employers on campus!

conducting health and activity events for everyone here at the Caulfield

the opportunity to be part of this great week, by promoting Health and
well-being within the Monash

Monash Market Day
Monday
is market day at Monash Caulfield.
During
semester, every Monday between 9.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., on the Common Lawn a
range of items including: clothes, jewellery, socks, CDs, DVDs, plants,
etc., will be available to purchase.
Campus Nurse Report
Why
not join members of the campus community on its weekly Tuesday walks?
Come
along with your work colleagues and discover some of the beautiful parks in
the surrounding areas. We meet at the BBQs at 1.05 p.m. for some warm-up
stretches, leave by 1.10 p.m. and return for final stretches around
1.50/1.55 p.m. Rain, hail or shine the walks take place on Tuesdays.

If
you enjoy meeting other staff on campus over lunch, why not join the
Caulfield Women's Networking & Support Group. The group meets monthly
(on Mondays) and always has interesting speakers. If you would
